I have 800cc injectors (sard sidefeed) and my ashspec chip for them wouldn't even start the car when I first got it. I talked to Ash and he played with the tune over AIM since I have a chip burner and a wide band. He got it closer, but I found it still had issues starting warm. I ended up having to tweak the warm start table to get it to start warm and idle. I think the tune is still a bit off, but I really haven't driven the car more then maybe 20 miles in the past 3 years for various reasons.
Who does Z1's tuned these days? Perhaps you have a similar problem with a poor tune? Do you have a wide band O2 that you can see whats going on at idle?
